Order new power cables for Titan and new R900 #125

It has come to our attention that Titan requires a new power cable, and the new R900 we installed also requires another cable.

Nathan Felton, our contact in the datacenter, recommended we get 3-4 of these cables in 1-2 feet lengths.

These aren't needed by any specific time, just soon-ish (within a couple weeks).

This'll be a good first task to complete as treasurer. This will require going to the club office and ordering these cables with their credit card.

Last time I checked the EAF is still pending for the order of the power cable. @nlMeminger, @Tjzabel, can you two look into this to see why the EAF got rejected/sent to limbo.
