I really think this should have some kind of module system, so that people can contribute individual commands to the bot easily. Ideally something with a well-defined, consistent syntax, and real time insertion/removal of modules.

Some module/command ideas:

• Magic 8 ball/!8ball \
• sed, s/linux/gnu+linux for previous message sent that matches the command.
• !seen \, when a user was last seen
• !weather <city/state/zip> , using wttr.in/<city/state/zip> or something similar
• !wikipedia \, give back the link in the channel with the preview.

There are lots of similar ideas, including some fun ones for games and the like that could be implemented. I can repost when we create the repo but if we got this up and running sooner than later it could streamline meaningful contributions a lot.
