Look into Titan (R900) Disk Drive #158

We were notified at the end of of last week that the R900 has a yellow disk. We need to determine what exactly this means. Potential reasoning could be a drive fault, or temperature warning.

Replacing the faulty disk drive with a new hard drive should probably fix this issue. Titan uses RAID so this disk failing is probably not the end of the world.
