Complete exchange of RITlug backup email #161

The current backup email for the main RITlug account belongs to a current RIT alum. Work was started to change this out to RITlug's advisor, but was incomplete. What needs to happen:

  1. Sync with RITlug's advisor to make sure both ends are available to switch out the email
  2. Send recovery code to advisor's email
  3. Enter code to finalize the new backup email.

This will make sure the RITlug email will always be recoverable and not need to be swapped out every couple years.
