It seems like all account information was lost. I generated a new API token in Slack and set up the configuration again. Hopefully our SlackArchive will be updated again in the next 72 hours.
This time, I used ritlug [at] gmail [dot] com
for the registration address.
Marking this as blocked. Theoretically, if it does not magically update over the next week or two, there's probably not much we can do. I've done the work to request a new archive and there isn't much available for support from the service. We can revisit this later, and if no change, then we honestly can conveniently forget about it.
Two weeks have passed and no update after submitting the API token again. There is no support or obvious way of contacting the developers. We can pretend like this never happened, I guess. It's disappointing.
The Slack Archive has not logged new messages since Dec. 24, 2017. I need to investigate and work on getting it back to logging new messages.
