So we only have eboard getting these emails

Based on who got the email it would appear that the Org owners (current eboard) and the repo admins (part of current eboard + Aidan) were sent the email. I removed Aidan from the TigerOS Admins team since that would normally be part of off-boarding but we wanted him to stay for a bit longer to help smooth the transition and I think we are comfortable now in removing him ( :disappointed: ). Closing this issue as completed, we should reopen if we ever notice this behaviour again.
