Add documentation for wpa_supplicant #5

NetworkManager is reasonably portable for desktop solutions, however things such as servers and Raspberry Pis may not work as nicely with the GUI explanation already on the wiki. The changes here allow you to set up a network connection on eduroam without the need of a GUI.

Did you build this as part of the site to check that it renders correctly? or should I do that?

I couldn't figure out how to properly build that, at a quick glance. Given more time and a lot of googling, I'm sure I could figure it out? But if you have the time, I believe you would be more skilled at the task.
