Convert eduroam to multiple pages #9

As discussed in #8 , having one page for all possible methods is... a bit short sighted. This pull request standardizes documentation to have one page for each method of configuration, from start to finish, including some basic troubleshooting steps. It also includes general configuration instructions, for other users intending on using networking solutions not documented currently.

Certificate generation has been moved to its own file, with links to and from it connected properly (at least, according to Github). Also added certificate generation to the main page, for clarity.

I moved the eduroam main page into the suggested page. At least within GitHub (without looking at Jekyll or using GHPages), it seems to just open the folder itself? I think that's functionality that will have to be tested by someone else.

The content should be reasonably set at this point. I haven't seen any major rendering issues or anything.
