Use CIGAR strings for primer removal process & fast data loading #21

This PR contains various improvements to AmpliGone in regards to speed and accuracy. AmpliGone is now able to remove data in a single step, greatly shortening processing time while improving accuracy. Additionally, data loading speed has been significantly improved.
