Fix strait tentacle length #109

@aruisdante I don't know if you fixed this, but I remember yesterday that it was never choosing the strait tentacle

Yeah, I think when I changed the minimum tentacle length I re-broke it. It would choose the strait tentacle sometimes in narrow passages, but not as often as it should have.
