Clean up efficiency in the floor sensing pipeline and make nodes and launch files that are easily accessible for other projects

All of the nodes in the floor sensing pipeline now use pcl pointclouds. There are far fewer conversions between types and it is consistent. This provided a decent performance boost as well.
