Repository Organization Change

FYI @allspawj and I agreed to re-organize the repos to reduce the number of them and to simplify organization. The following changes were made:

• numl_val_mobility and numl_val_manipulation were combined to create numl_val_motion
• numl_val_demo is being deprecated, code should be moved to the closest related repo

So if you have any code in numl_val_mobility, numl_val_manipulation, or numl_val_demo please move it to the appropriate repositories.
