remove the interceptor #43

there shouldnt realy be execuables in the repo.

this commit allerted me that there are still some executables lurking in the src code. these should be removed from the code and into the releases tab of there respective repos (https://github.com/titushm/ThisCord-Interceptor) and the installer instead of relying on the files to be in the downloaded directories it should download all executables seperately from the releases of the respective repos
