Don't like making promises on release dates, but it's getting close - this weekend is a possibility.

Status update: currently writing the unit tests and new documentation for GAS models. Tomorrow and Wednesday evening I will move onto the state space models. For Thurs/Friday evening I will work on the remaining models. Saturday I hope to write documentation for the inference and families, and then push the release.

Key word : 'hope'. This release has ended up being massive work; might be more hidden work in there that I haven't anticipated yet...
