Pyinstaller #21

It looks like pyinstaller files are deleted (this is now in a separate repository: https://github.com/RJbalikian/SpRIT-GUI-exe)

There was an error from previous versions of the GUI that used a DatePicker (this was removed since it is not native to tkinter and requires an additional dependency, but not all references to it had been removed).

There was a couple other minor fixes too
