Update function parameter names and defaults

Update parameter names for w4h.run() smoothness, so that parameters that refer to the same entity have the same name.

• [x] Study area (read_study_area should also be able to read in geopandas object)

For defaults, use sample data where possible to reduce the number of required inputs

• [x] read_dictionary_terms(dict_file)
• [x] align_rasters(grids_unaligned, modelgrid)
• [x] get_drift_thick(surface, bedrock) (also rename?)
• [x] sample_raster_points(raster)
• [x] layer_interp(points, grids)
• [x] export_grids(grid_data, out_path)
