Show a table of comparative stats for each player

Enriched Player Dto object can have calculated fields (E.g. average strokes per hole).
Only enrich object if the player profiles are asked for (i.e. if we're on the tournament page, then we don't care about all the player stats.

Almost done...just got to add the enrich() method call to the api endpoint
