Missing BC code #1

Hi, Thanks for your amazing work. However, it seems missing some codes about how to train the bc policies. I'm curious about what the input of bc policies is.

I would also like to request the BC code, it would help a lot with running baselines rather than re-implementing from scratch. Thank you!
