[x] consensus chromatin states for mouse
[x] update the track on epiviz to use color codes from the bedfiles

Slight confusion here. I provided the chromatin states across many tissues in mouse since Ronna had requested that for interpretation of data from cochlea. For NeMO Analytics, we can focus on brain, and we should add the ChromHMM models from human brain, here: https://egg2.wustl.edu/roadmap/web_portal/imputed.html#chr_imp
