Fax machines print upstream paper #3531

Description

when printing a text file using a fax machine, it prints with upstream paper, and not CMPaper **Reproduction** use a fax machine, click "print file", open a text file of any kind, fax machine will print upstream paper **Screenshots** N/A **Additional context** N/A

Unless we want to modify upstream code, or copy the upstream component to make changes, we'd need to wait for https://github.com/space-wizards/space-station-14/pull/30484 to be merged which would allow for setting the type of item to use on print out.
