Some projectiles have a chance to be blocked (boiler glob) and GLs can lob nades over. There may be a few other
exceptions (check demo spec rockets for instance)
[ ] Hand-welders can only weld vents and doors
[ ] Barricades should be unweldable at a certain point
A good amount of these can be fixed by barricades using RMCRepairable, if that was fixed to use fuel by now.
