New url for lifecycle badge #58

The url https://www.tidyverse.org/lifecycle/ now redirect to https://lifecycle.r-lib.org/articles/stages.html, and this throw a note by CRAN:

Moreover, status dormant does not exist anymore; retired has been superseded by superseded; questioning and maturing are not recommended but their doc still exist; and there is a new status: deprecated.
