Bringing through the BICS_Sector for Debt #42

The new Debt financial data doesn't include the bics_sector column. This is however important!

The bics_sector data we have for debt tickers is not comprehensive.

Possible Solutions:

  1. Find out whether it could be made more comprehensive
  2. Bridge a bics_sector from a different more debt relevant indicators.

This should be then implemented in data_preparation and bought through to PACTA_analysis. Check in with @tposey28 about solutions for this.

Bought into the security financial data which seems to work for this purpose.
