Create the script to run the GitBook generation #43

There is some work to do to prepare the outputs of PACTA_analysis for the gitbook.

For example the GitBook code (in create_interactive_report) fails when the portfolio doesn't have equity/bonds results.

This then needs to be prepped for the web_script and running this online.

Outputs:

  1. Web_script_3 made functional
  2. 4_report_maker made functional

First run on this done. Errors exist and not all charts are printed, but a first script (web_script_3) is done.

Awaiting resolution of encoding issue to proceed.
