In this PR I edit the layout of the sector level view to implement the new IA.

NOTE: Not all selectors are wired up yet but this is not a priority right now. We'll tackle it in a different PR. The selectors that were easy to wire up are working.

Tagging @jdhoffa to have a look when he is back from PTO and @AlexAxthelm to review in his place.
