remove the `plots-drafts` directory and its contents #277

Seems like the plots-drafts directory and its contents were accidentally added to this repo... or added when it was not structured as an R package, and then left when things were restructured? Can we get rid of it?

probably from before it was a package. I believe we can remove them, but I would prefer to have @MonikaFu have the final say on that

Thanks @cjyetman . Yes, agreed, it should not be a part of the package at this stage of development.
