Once https://github.com/RMI-PACTA/templates.transition.monitor/pull/2 is merged, we should probably updated the built-in, default template here to be aligned with the new GENERAL template in templates.transition.monitor, i.e the files in https://github.com/RMI-PACTA/pacta.portfolio.report/tree/main/inst/templates/general_en_template/rmd
