update maintainer? #501

and I believe the de facto maintainer, but @AlexAxthelm is listed as the maintainer in DESCRIPTION

I think that was done as a temporary solution while @jdhoffa was on sabbatical in #428

I don't have a strong preference on this. It really only matters for CRAN submission, as a matter of who receives the emails.

Yup agreed.

My only ciomment is that in general CRAN doesn't love if you switch maintainers frequently, but I think 1 year is sufficient time.

@jacobvjk shall we make you maintainer here then, moving forward?
