The original workflow.data.preparation script exports a manifest that collects info about everything it uses and creates so we can backtrack. Since the downloading of FactSet data has now moved here, we should also port over the manifest extraction bits that are relevant to the FactSet download, e.g. https://github.com/RMI-PACTA/workflow.data.preparation/blob/7c9feed63fd9230f3caabba6ad95884310b718c7/run_pacta_data_preparation.R#L844-L848
