https://github.com/RMI-PACTA/pacta.portfolio.report/issues/59 updated the dependencies for pacta.portfolio.report to depend on bookdown >= 0.38, but this was released 2024-03-04, which is after the date pinned in the posit package manager that we're pointing to.
On the face of it, the simplest change would be to update the package manager to a more recent date (after 0.38 was released)
