[Request] Discord srv support #20

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The emojis aren't recognised by discord sent messages.

Describe the solution you'd like Hook into https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/discordsrv.18494/ like those other plugins and add emoji support from chat.

Would also be handy if people use any emoji in the discord i'd put the emoji in minecraft and not the text of it. like if someone sends a skull emoji it would send 💀 and not :skull: !
