Added report for RMLStreamer #12

Added report of static file processing with RMLStreamer.

I actually worked on the streamer during this summer so I think, regarding version numbers, it's best to contact @pheyvaer.

@pheyvaer is the version no. correct???

I'm going to accept the pull request with this version, it can be changed in the future with new results of the tools
