Target in YARRRML

• Defining the following targets:
  • VoID Dataset: Local file dump
  • DCAT Dataset: Local file dump
  • SD Service: SPARQL endpoint with SPARQL UPDATE queries
• Use targets in:
  • subjects
  • predicates
  • objects
  • language
  • graphs

For each target type and target location I added testcases, see testcases for syntax.
