it does not work correctly in chrome and IE9 #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.goto http://www.softwareishard.com/har/viewer/
2.put the attach_file "hotel.ctrip.com.har" content into the textbox.
3.click preview
4.it's doesn't work in ie, and doesn't show correctly in chrome

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect output:see firefoxshot.jpg
instead:see chromeshot.jpg and ie9shot.jpg

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version:HAR Viewer 2.0.15 
OS:window7

chrome sort is ok.I've download the github version.

But the IE doesn't work still.
