The macro documentation and the example documents are a bit out of date. In particular, the following need fixing:

[ ] Encourage use of pdflatex. All included graphics should be PDF or an image (jpg or png).
[ ] Encourage use of BibTeX for references. Describe use of tools for managing bib database. Bibdesk on Mac, what are cross-platform alternatives? Jabref, Zotero maybe?
[ ] Encourage use of modern latex packages, like siunitx

The example documents rm-journal-example.tex and rm-extenso.tex contain repeated material. It would be better to generate them both from the same source files. Look at tools to expand \inputed files. It seems like latexexpand and flatex are the main options.
