Add zoom function in Mapping tool #126

New functionalities

Zooming in/out the reference image is now possible in the Mapping tool of Video processing.

Bug fixes / corrections

Color scaling within the mapping tool was changing upon adding reference points to the reference image in the Mapping tool. It is now maintained to a constant value.

Remaining tasks

[x] test routine for VP/molecule coordinates
[x] update online documentation
