Various errors regarding opening and closing #138

Hi,

There are times when I become unable to close some things like trace manager. I keep getting these errors:

Hi Sydney, thank you for the bug report.

This kind of bugs happens when some commands are run on the project list (like closing, merging or switching between projects) after the opening of one or several projects failed (usually when MASH can not read data from trajectory text files). Unfortunately, to remedy this situation you must close MASH and reopen it, nothing else can be done for the moment.

Later, I will try to handle this issue and leave this issue opened until then.
