Cannot import a previously filtered video file #140

Hi Melodie,

I want to be able to use the filters for background correction on my videos, but after filtering and exporting my videos I am receiving this error message whenever I try to import it back into MASH-FRET:

Am I doing something wrong?

My apologies for the delayed answer.

You are doing everything correctly, it is a bug related to the code itself. Thank you for reporting it. You can find the corrected version here: https://github.com/RNA-FRETools/MASH-FRET/archive/refs/heads/master.zip Tell me if it works for you.
