Projects can now be created from multiple single-channel videos.
Experiment settings, Video processing, Trace processing and the test routines have been modified accordingly.
In Experiment settings:
a "multi-channel video" or "single-channel videos" mode can be chosen to import video files
channel-specific and laser-specific SM plot have been adapted accordingly
In VP:
channel-specific single molecule images are plot in tabbed channel
video export is rendering one file per channel
average image import/export is requiring/rendering one file per channel (imported file names must be suffixed with an underscore followed by the correct channel label)
reference mapping is requiring one reference image file per channel (file names must be suffixed with an underscore followed by the correct channel label)
spot finder, channel transformation and intensity integration have been adapted to multiple video files
In TP:
SM images, SM coordinates and dark trace background correction have been adapted to multiple video files
