Constrained folding option misbehaving when clearing input

If I run R2DT on a sequence and use some advanced options (I was trying constrained folding), then clear the input and try again, the constrained folding checkbox is behaving as if it is already checked, but showing as not being.

When I open the advanced options on the second run it is unchecked and the dropdown is visible, checking it makes the dropdown dissapear.

To reproduce:

• Run R2DT with a sequence (I used https://rnacentral.org/rna/URS00000CFF65/9825) having opened the advanced options and checked the constrained folding box
• Clear the input
• Click 'Show advanced' - the constrained folding dropdown will be visible
• Check the constrained folding box - the dropdown will dissapear

I ran all this on Firefox 107.0 macOS Ventura 13.0.1
