Check if reporting is useful #140

Good reporting should let us:

[ ] See run time
[ ] Memory usage
[ ] What inputs/outputs were
[ ] What if anything failed
[ ] Real time monitoring of overall status

Ideally it would also include:

[ ] Logging from individual processes
