Do not use GeneCards or MalaCards as a source #176

This makes importing data from them a bit circular so we should not do it.

One question I have about this is, will the pipeline handle having no sources of annotations to select an RNA type from? This shouldn't happen as GeneCards and MalaCards are imported via reference to another database, but that doesn't mean it won't happen.
