Use results of CPAT analysis

From #77 we will do some analysis with CPAT, and so we want to use the results. We should:

• [x] Import the best ORF's for display in the website.
• [x] Import the scores from CPAT
• [x] Add a protein_coding QA step
• [x] Add protein coding facet to text search
