The chromosome selected to display is inconsistent #373

If I go to http://test.rnacentral.org/rna/URS0000521EE0/9606. I see the location on chromosome 1. If I then follow the link in the location popup for to http://test.rnacentral.org/rna/URS0000865691/9606 I see the location for chromosome MT. Other sequences in that location will link to chromosome 1. I would expect chromosome 1 to be shown over MT. In general, I would expect chromosome 1, then X,Y then MT to be selected as the default display.

Blake, I can't see any problems with sequences in MT location. All the other RNAs in MT location point to MT chromosome.

Have you tried to refresh the browser before looking at it. Unfortunately, you have to refresh the cash manually, cause genoverse is not minified.

The issue is that it should default to showing chromosome 1 over MT.
