R2DT rRNA QA steps #541

We currently use all diagrams it produces, even when they are not useful, eg https://rnacentral.org/rna/URS00007D1B46/5679. This issue is to track fixing it for rRNA only. Other types of sequences have issues, but these are often then easiest to exclude.

There is some initial QC done for diagrams now. While they can still be improved, I'm closing this for now until we have a nice set of examples to work on.
