Run automated PDBe import #544

We need to move to regular automated updates. This issue is to have us run a PDBe import, without any intervention using some sort of automation. Probably will be setting up a cronjob that runs PDBe import as needed. For now this can just run the import without having to do a new search export.

Weekly PDBe import is implemented on the pipeline side, and new entries will be available in the test site, but not searchable. Is that enough to close this, or would we like to start doing a weekly search export dump as well?

This is close enough. We will open more specific issues for future tasks.
