Check links to IntAct #564

The IntAct database released a new website, and we need to verify that links from RNAcentral to IntAct work.

I checked a random entry: https://rnacentral.org/rna/URS000075D95B/9606

and instead of a hyperlink the Annotations table says: INTACT:URS000075D95B_9606.

We should link to pages like this instead: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/intact/search?query=URS000075D95B_9606

or see if there is an even better page that we should link to.
