Tolerate mixed case sequences in feature viewer #594

The viewer currently provides warnings for a sequence of mixed case. We should tolerate this by either fixing it when extracting from the database or ignoring it in the viewer.

I think this has been fixed in the database so no need to deploy a fix on the front end.
