Fix links to Ensembl Genomes for genes #601

It seems our links to ensembl genomes pages is broken for the gene links. As an example look at:

https://rnacentral.org/rna/URS0000C27A29/4565

If you click the gene link in the xref table (ENSRNA050019639) it is going to rnacentral.org instead of the correct page on plants.ensembl.org.
