Add root waveform members #22

To go along with the changes to librno-g so the settings get stored in the waveform root file.

I guess I should do a bit more testing in anticipation of deploying new firmware! @ryankrebs016 have you done any stress-testing with the newly stress-tested firmware?

@ryankrebs016 poke to push the firmware changes back to github as well: if there's a deployment definitely want to pull request it to merge it back in and tag it for a release.

@cozzyd I've almost exclusively been using my branches of all the repos when testing the firmware so they should be equally stress-tested lol. @barawn I'll need to get Michael to update the git repo
